Cho reviews former Marine Boudreau's passionate chronicle of conscience of a 17-year old desperate to enlist over the sixteen years that ultimately saw him through Iraq and then out. You can't read this read Packing Inferno without comparing it to O'Brien's The Things that They Carried or Wood's What Was Asked of Us.
